The idea for the Collective came after our paths crossed in 2023. Kat, managing director of No1 Group in Peel, had already established the highly successful IoM Women Entrepreneurs Facebook group, and Kirstie - a Ramsey-based PR consultant - had been considering setting up an in-person networking event for women in business.

We decided to join forces and our first two events sold out in a matter of hours. Feedback from both the events was amazing and the energy in the room was incredible, as women leaders and entrepreneurs shared their insights and support for one another.

We knew we’d tapped in to something special, and that’s how we got here.

The IoM Women’s Collective - a unique and supportive space for the island’s women leaders and entrepreneurs to network, learn from one another and support other women and girls on the Isle of Man in the process.

It’s still early days for the group, but we’ve got big plans and we’d love for you to join us on this journey.
