Finding Your Spark

Finding Your Spark saw three inspirational local women entrepreneurs take part in a panel discussion about how they each found their passion in life and turned it into a successful business.

Put Yourself First

Taking place at the stunning St John’s Mill Conference Centre, ‘Put Yourself First’ explored burnout, anxiety and nutrition, with a focus on why taking care of yourself matters so much.

Our three speakers: Dr Karen Wilson of Mannin Doctors, Angela Clucas of Next Level Nutrition, and Gemma Sharp of Hummingbird Life Academy kept the audience captivated and gave everyone some real food for thought about how we live our lives as working women, and the importance of putting our own wellbeing first.

Financial Focus and Freedom

Our Financial Focus and Freedom event took place at the Santander Work Cafe on 6th March 2024.

The event tickets flew out in under three hours! The audience enjoyed really insightful and emotive presentations from Julie Owen of Financial Options, and financial wellness experts Caitriona Ellis and Jan Tinsley, covering everything from planning ahead and ensuring you’ve got the right protection in place, to facing financial challenges, breaking taboos, and deciding on your business ‘North Star’.
