The Isle of Man (IoM) Women’s Collective is a membership organisation which exists to support and empower women leaders and entrepreneurs across the island.

Membership is £20 a month and provides:

• Free, priority access to our quarterly networking / speaker events featuring the island’s women leaders and entrepreneurs

• Monthly in-person meet-ups: Informal gatherings around the island to help you network and create new connections

• Free access to our ‘Learning Zone’ - a growing online hub of videos and documents from industry leaders to support your personal and professional development

• Discounted rates and priority booking for training opportunities, courses and workshops held on island

• Access to a members-only Facebook community where you can share expertise and insights with other women leaders and entrepreneurs (anonymous posting is also available)

• Recommended reads - Read-along book recommendations dedicated to personal and professional development

• Inclusion in the online Members’ Directory, enabling Collective members to refer business and utilise each other’s skillsets

• The opportunity to take part in profile-raising blogs showcasing local women leaders and entrepreneurs and sharing top tips and advice

• Quarterly members sound baths hosted by Soundology

We’ll also be supporting on-island charities that align with our values and, in the medium to long term as our membership grows, we hope to provide support to women and girls wishing to start their own businesses or progress to leadership opportunities within their organisations.
